Here at Off Leash K9 Training of Knoxville, we take your dog's safety and care very seriously.
In order to help ensure that you get the very best care and updates on your dog's stay with us during their 2-week
Board and Train, we incorporate a variety of safety measurements and controls. First, management and yourself (as
well as anybody you choose to include) are added to a Google Photos album of your dog that is updated daily with
photos (promised to never exceed 48 hours – even in cases of trainer illness or outstanding circumstances –
because we are human too) and videos every 2 to 3 days!
Dogs will be dogs, and while Board and Train issues are far from the norm, we do have protocols in place if
things do not go as planned. Should your dog's appetite decrease during their stay, or they receive the smallest
wound, you will be notified immediately via management or the trainer and given an assortment of care options that
could include your trainer modifying your dog's diet to increase calorie content and appetite, first aid, or even
veterinary care. Any time your dog leaves the trainer's home, they are outfitted with a GPS Whistle unit that
allows us to keep a detailed record of outings and ensure that there is never a situation where we are unable to
show the owner via screen shot, exactly where their dog is at any time of the day.
Furthermore, every Board and Train stay comes with a full before and after video that documents your dog's
training journey. You'll see from the very first day at pickup (or right after) to the final turnover when you get
to work with your transformed dog for the very first time! We know how much you love your dog because we are dog
lovers just like you! We promise to treat your 4-legged family member and best friend as if they were our own.
